"Ferrari announces that, as of today, Luca Marmorini, director of the engine and electronics department, is leaving the company. As part of the restructuring of the Power Unit department, Mattia Binotto will assume the role of chief operating officer."

Surely too late for this season, but let's see what they can do for next season.

Saw this yesterday and although I understand that every now and then new blood is needed, it is so traditional MaFiarrari. I hope it works, after all I'm a red blooded racing fan, but it at times I can't stop and think that when the drivers complain about the lack of power and usability of the engine, Luca went and told Kimi and Alonso they were already working on solving the root of the issue. He so clearly sent a message that Marmorini is now sleeping with the past V-12-10-8's.
